Our team needs 1-2 business days to pack and ship your full order. For larger orders, we ask that you allow 3-4 business days. Orders placed after 1:00 pm EST on Friday — or over the weekend — will ship on the next business day.

The scent lasts from anywhere between serveral months to a few years. More earthy scents like cedarwood tend to last longer than lemon or tangerine, which diffuse a bit more quickly. If the scent diminishes over time, you can order a replacement or try a new one :)

Yes. In fact, not only are they 100% natural, but we are committed to using only the purest, aromatherapy-grade ingredients with scientifically backed effects on well-being. We don't use any synthetic perfumes or compound scents.

Yes. MoodleMates plushies are ASTM safety-tested and designed with child-safe materials. The scent packs have no age limitation, are lab-tested and include MSDS for each scent. Nonetheless, we recommend MoodleMates for ages 3+.

MoodleMates are recommended for ages 3 and up. They’re loved by kids & their parents, teachers, and even adults who want comfort and calm.

Currently each MoodleMate has a thoughtfully designed hang-tag around it's neck — we are currently working on a bag made from organic cotton — perfect for birthdays, holidays, and anything in between.
